The hotel and hotel residences proposal.  The scope of this proposal was divided into 2 components – The Hotel and Hotel Residences. The target market for the Hotel was the high end leisure traveller and the more discerning business traveller. The Hotel Residences were targeted for the owner occupier “empty nesters” or retirees.
